A “cloud server” here is an AWS instance (or a small Lightsail envelope) that TiCON provisions into an account billed through the reseller relationship. The machine runs in ap-south-1 (Mumbai) or ap-southeast-1 (Singapore). There is no AWS Region in Bangladesh.
General-purpose EC2, or Lightsail when the site is small and you want a simpler envelope. Snapshots, a public IP, SSH or SSM. Resize later without changing vendor.
Compute-optimised or memory-optimised families for databases and tight runtimes. Dedicated tenancy when the contract says the host must not be shared. These are still AWS instances, not a rack in Motijheel.
GPU instance families for training, inference or rendering. They are expensive when they sit idle, so the order includes a start/stop plan. We quote the family that fits the job; this page does not name a SKU or a taka-per-hour.
There is no self-serve cart. You talk to an architect, we quote in taka, then we provision. The calculator is an estimate, not the invoice.

Say what the machine is for
Workload (site, API, database, GPU job), expected traffic, OS, whether you need us to operate it, and any residency constraint. A screenshot of a current VPS plan is useful; it is not a price we match blindly.
Pick a shape and a region
VPS-class, compute/memory, dedicated tenancy, or GPU. Region is usually Mumbai or Singapore. If a regulator needs bits in-country, stop and read the residency page before we launch — an AWS instance will not put the disk in Dhaka.
Get a taka quote
The quote covers instance hours, storage, and an egress assumption. Use the BDT calculator first if you already know the instance family; it uses a mid-market FX print and is labelled estimate. VAT and AIT are NBR matters and are not restated here.
We provision and hand over
Keys or SSM, security group, snapshots, and billing already on the reseller invoice. Self-run means you operate from there. Managed means the managed-cloud scope starts on the same estate.
Pay the monthly invoice
You settle with TiCON, typically by a Bangladeshi bank transfer. That is not paying AWS with bKash. You do not need an AWS dollar card for this path.
Three commercial paths. Only the first two are an order from TiCON. The third is you and a dollar card — legitimate, and documented on the account page.

There is no sourced “from” price table to publish. A catalogue that is not tied to a real SKU becomes fiction within a quarter. This page therefore has configurations and an order flow, not SKUs.
The number is instance family × hours, plus storage, plus egress. GPU hours dominate when the job is training. CloudFront dominates when you ship video or large downloads — that line is also where the published reseller gap is largest (up to 40%). Compute and storage sit in the 15–35% range versus list.
A local VPS quote in Dhaka is a different product: one building, one vendor, often a cheaper headline and a hard ceiling. Do not compare that headline to an AWS on-demand hour and call one of them a scam. Compare failure domains and the invoice currency, then ask for two quotes if you need both.
