Who we are

This site is operated by TICON System Limited (“TiCON Cloud”, “we”). We provide AWS reseller billing, cloud migration, managed cloud, and related services.

Information we collect

Contact details you submit through our forms (name, work email, company, phone, and your message) so we can respond to your enquiry.

Newsletter email addresses you provide to subscribe.

Usage data via cookies and analytics (only after you consent), such as pages viewed and approximate location.

How we use your information

To respond to enquiries, provide assessments and quotes, and deliver the services you request.

To send the newsletter you subscribed to (you can unsubscribe anytime).

To understand and improve site performance, and—where you consent—to measure marketing.

Service providers

We use trusted processors to run this site: Payload CMS (content and form records), Resend (email), Cal.com (scheduling), and AWS (hosting).

If you consent, analytics and advertising tools may be used, such as Google Analytics and Meta, LinkedIn, or TikTok pixels.

Cloud bill uploads

If you use the cloud bill analysis form, you send a PDF or CSV (up to 5 MB) plus contact details. The file is emailed as an attachment to our analysis inbox using Resend. It is not stored as a file object on this website.

Email systems keep copies until we delete them. This is not a published 90-day object-store lifecycle. Do not send bills that contain secrets you cannot share with the team reviewing them.

To ask us to delete those copies, contact us at info@ticonsys.com.

Cookies & consent

Essential cookies keep the site working. Analytics and marketing cookies load only after you accept them in our consent banner. You can decline, and you can clear cookies in your browser at any time.

Data retention & your rights

We keep enquiry and subscriber records only as long as needed for the purposes above. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your information.

To exercise any right, or for any privacy question, contact us at info@ticonsys.com.
