TiCON Cloud (TICON System Limited) designs and operates workloads on Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud for companies in Bangladesh. This page is a comparison of mechanisms, not a league table. List prices move, partner tiers move, and a “winner” that ignores how you pay and where the bits sit is marketing. The criteria that actually decide the choice from Dhaka are nearest regions, invoicing currency, who the partner is, and what a regulator will accept — not a slogan about who is cheapest.

Nearest regions — none of them is in Bangladesh
Bangladesh does not have an AWS Region, an Azure region, or a Google Cloud region. Traffic from Dhaka lands in India or Singapore. This page does not publish ping times; those need a dated measurement from a Bangladeshi ISP.
AWS’s Asia Pacific regions nearest to Bangladesh are ap-south-1 (Mumbai) and ap-southeast-1 (Singapore). TiCON’s published working set for Bangladeshi clients is those two. AWS also operates ap-south-2 (Hyderabad); it is not on TiCON’s published working-set list.
Azure’s India geography currently lists Central India (Pune), South India (Chennai) and West India (Mumbai), plus Southeast Asia (Singapore) further east. Microsoft has announced a further India South Central region; announced is not the same as live, so this table uses the regions Microsoft already lists as available.
Google Cloud’s nearby Compute Engine regions include asia-south1 (Mumbai), asia-south2 (Delhi) and asia-southeast1 (Jurong West, Singapore). Same pattern: India or Singapore, not Dhaka.
Checked against each provider’s public infrastructure pages and TiCON’s own facts file on 21 September 2026. Competitor blog posts are not a source. Where a number is missing, the cell says so rather than guessing.
AWS vs Azure vs Google Cloud from Bangladesh — sourced, not a price list
From Bangladesh, the commercial path is often the whole decision. AWS bills most accounts in US dollars. Azure and Google Cloud are also dollar (or other foreign-currency) bills unless a partner or a local programme changes the paper.
TiCON resells AWS and invoices that usage in taka. That is a sourced commercial fact on the pay-AWS page, not a claim that AWS itself bills in BDT. Azure and Google Cloud work TiCON does is architecture, migration and operations; the invoice currency for those clouds is whatever the Microsoft or Google agreement says. This page does not invent an Azure-in-taka or GCP-in-taka reseller product.
Paying any of the three with bKash does not work: they are not bKash merchants. A marketplace “verified account” is not a cloud choice; it is a contract breach. Open an account you own, or bill through a reseller that is allowed to invoice you.
Start from the workload, not from a blog that crowns a winner. Multi-cloud is allowed; it is also how bills and identity get messy, so it wants a reason.
Default / mixed estate, OTT, elastic web
AWS, usually Mumbai or Singapore, with CloudFront at the edge. TiCON can invoice the usage in taka. This is the path most Bangladeshi estates we see actually take — breadth, not a religion.

Already a Microsoft shop
Azure, because Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Windows and SQL Server are already in the building. Hybrid with on-prem Active Directory is the usual reason, not a cheaper VM.

Data warehouse, analytics, ML-first product
Google Cloud when BigQuery or Vertex AI is the product, not a side experiment. Core transactional systems can stay on AWS; that is a designed split, not an accident.

Bank, government, in-country bits
None of the three puts a Region in Bangladesh. Read residency first. AWS or Azure are the usual shortlists for regulated estates we see; that is a pattern, not a circular. GCP is not disqualified — the auditor is.
Partners in Bangladesh, without a fake league table
Each cloud has its own directory. A badge on a company website is self-published. For AWS, the AWS Partner Solutions Finder is the record; TiCON’s listing is in the sources below. For Azure and Google Cloud, use Microsoft’s and Google’s own partner directories the same way. This page does not rank named competitors, and it does not copy another firm’s tier from a brochure.
TiCON is an AWS Advanced Tier Partner (confirm on the Finder). On Azure and Google Cloud, TiCON designs, migrates and operates — the live service pages do not claim a CSP or reseller invoice in taka for those two. If a sales deck says otherwise, believe the directory and the contract.
AWS vs Azure vs Google Cloud — which is best for Bangladesh?
None of them has a Region here. Choose Azure if you already run Microsoft, Google Cloud if the workload is data or AI first, AWS if you want the broadest catalogue and a taka reseller invoice. The workload decides, not a ranking.
Which cloud is the cheapest?
List prices are not compared here; they are workload-specific and they move. On AWS via TiCON, compute and storage are typically 15–35% below list and CloudFront up to 40% lower. That is not a claim that Azure or GCP is more expensive.
Which cloud is closest to Dhaka?
India or Singapore for all three: AWS Mumbai/Singapore, Azure Pune/Chennai/Mumbai/Singapore, Google Cloud Mumbai/Delhi/Singapore. Ping times are not published on this page.
Can I pay Azure or Google Cloud in taka through TiCON?
TiCON’s taka reseller invoice is for AWS usage. Azure and GCP are architected and operated here; the billing currency follows the Microsoft or Google agreement. Do not treat this page as an Azure-in-BDT or GCP-in-BDT product.
What is the best cloud for a startup in Bangladesh?
Most mixed product startups start on AWS because of catalogue breadth and the option of a taka invoice. Choose Google Cloud first only if the product is data or ML. Credit amounts are not quoted here.
Can I use more than one cloud?
Yes, when there is a reason — for example AWS for the app and Google Cloud for BigQuery. Multi-cloud without a reason is two bills and two identity systems. We will say no if the split is fashion.
Which cloud is best for data and AI?
Google Cloud publishes BigQuery and Vertex AI as its strengths. AWS and Azure both have capable ML stacks. Pick the product you will actually run, then put it in a nearby region.
