- Re-architected the storefront for auto-scaling compute behind a load balancer
- Added CloudFront caching for static and media assets with reseller pricing
- Introduced managed databases with read replicas and automated backups
- Load-tested against projected peak and set scaling policies and alerts
The results
The platform now absorbs roughly 8× normal traffic through Eid and Pohela Boishakh with zero sale-day outages, while CloudFront cut delivery costs ~40% — all billed locally in BDT.
