Why Brain Station 23 is in the AI Overview

On 16 September 2026, Google's AI Overview for “aws partners in bangladesh” named Brain Station 23 and cited AWS Partner Solutions Finder — the listing for Brainstation 23 Ltd at 001E000001eO2vOIAS. That is the highest-authority route into that answer: AWS's own directory, not a blog. brainstation-23.com/aws-2/ also sat on the first page of the same SERP snapshot. This comparison exists because a buyer who sees that answer should be able to read a sourced side-by-side, not a silence.

TiCON Cloud (TICON System Limited) is also Advanced. It was not in that AI Overview. Finder 0010h00001cA3jpAAC is still the record a procurement team should open. Completing a listing is an owner action described in this programme's off-site notes; it is not a reason to invent a citation count as a quality score.

Both firms publishing Advanced means the tier column will not pick a winner. AWS describes Advanced Tier Services Partners as partners with a strong team of trained and certified technical individuals and proven customer experience. That is a floor on validated AWS experience. It is not who invoices you, who answers at two in the morning, or whether anyone has moved a workload that looks like yours. Software firm with an AWS page, versus a cloud reseller

Brain Station 23's AWS page, accessed 24 September 2026, calls the firm “the trusted AWS Advanced Consulting Partner” and lists cloud migration, DevOps and automation, a service-delivery programme (serverless and Windows on EC2), security and compliance, AI and ML, managed services, consulting and development. The partners page lists Advanced Consulting Partner among technology partnerships. The site's own framing is software services and resource augmentation for startups, SMEs and enterprises.

TiCON Cloud's published framing is cloud: AWS reseller billing in taka, migration, managed cloud, and architecture on AWS, Azure and Google Cloud. Those are different buying motions. If you need a product team that happens to run on AWS, Brain Station 23's site is describing that motion. If you need the AWS bill to land in Dhaka in taka, start at AWS Cloud Services and Pay AWS in Bangladesh. Do not assume an Advanced Consulting Partner resells. Their pages we checked do not state a billing currency for Bangladeshi AWS clients.

Offices, industries, and what we will not copy

As published on 24 September 2026, Brain Station 23 lists a Dhaka office at Mohakhali C/A and further offices in Germany, Malaysia, the United States, the UAE and Japan. TiCON Cloud lists Dhaka, Seoul and Tysons Corner. Office lists are not delivery guarantees. Ask where the people who will hold production access sit, and which legal entity invoices.

Their footer names Fintech, Pharma, Retail and Distribution. TiCON's industry map is whatever industries currently publishes. This page does not turn either list into a claim that the other firm has never worked in those sectors. It also does not reprint case-study logos from either site. Named TiCON clients wait on clearance. Ask each firm for a reference you can call.

Certification walls and “10X” delivery lines appear on marketing sites. This page does not copy them. Read Competencies, Service Delivery designations and MSP status on Finder. MAP is an AWS program; no MAP dollar amount is published here for either firm.

Support and managed cloud, same questions twice

Brain Station 23's AWS page describes managed services as monitoring cloud issues and threats. It does not publish a numeric 24/7 clock on the copy we checked. TiCON Cloud can cover in-scope infrastructure 24×7 when that is the contract; minutes stay in the annex. Ask both for severity response times, after-hours coverage, and whether AWS Support is included. Write the answers into the annex. Reuse the managed-scope questions on what's included in managed cloud.

There is no AWS Region in Bangladesh. TiCON publishes Mumbai and Singapore. Brain Station 23's AWS page does not name a Region pair on the copy we checked. Put placement in the architecture note. Do not invent ping. The nearest-region explainer is nearest AWS Region to Bangladesh.

Multi-cloud marks on a partners page are not, by themselves, a taka invoice on Azure or Google Cloud. TiCON does not sell those reseller SKUs. How to verify both Advanced listings

Open partners.amazonaws.com. Search Brainstation 23 Ltd and open 001E000001eO2vOIAS — the listing the AI Overview cited. Search TiCON Cloud or TICON System Limited and open 0010h00001cA3jpAAC. Read tier, locations and designations. Match the legal entity to the invoice. Filter by location Bangladesh if the shortlist is longer than two names. Print the listing with the contract. Tiers are reviewed.
