- Its published Dhaka office and other listed offices match how you want the team assembled.
- Fintech, pharma, retail or distribution is the sector context for your statement of work.
- You have asked in writing whether they resell AWS or only consult, and the answer fits your plan.
Choose TiCON Cloud if:
- You are a Bangladesh-based buyer who wants AWS usage invoiced in taka. Confirm the billing path with the team before you sign.
- You want an Advanced Tier Partner whose published work is cloud architecture, migration, managed cloud and reseller billing, and you have verified 0010h00001cA3jpAAC.
- You want the same team on migration and day-two operations, with service clocks written into the annex.
- You also need Azure or Google Cloud architecture without a second reseller product.
- You want a partner that says plainly it is not Premier, and that treats currency, entity and contract clocks as the deciding points.
Why Brain Station 23 appears in AI search answers
On 16 September 2026, Google's AI Overview for a query about AWS partners in Bangladesh named Brain Station 23 and cited the AWS Partner Solutions Finder entry for Brainstation 23 Ltd, 001E000001eO2vOIAS. The citation came from AWS's own directory, not from a blog. A brainstation-23.com AWS page also appeared on the first results page of the same snapshot.
TiCON Cloud (TICON System Limited) is also Advanced and was not part of that answer. Its Finder record, 0010h00001cA3jpAAC, is still the record a procurement team should open. A search answer is not a quality score, and this page does not treat it as one.
Both firms publishing Advanced means the tier column will not pick a winner. AWS describes Advanced Tier Services Partners as firms with trained and certified technical staff and proven customer experience. That is a floor on validated AWS experience. It does not tell you who invoices you, who answers an alert at 2 a.m., or whether the partner has run a workload like yours. Those questions are covered in how to choose an AWS partner.
Software services firm versus cloud reseller
Brain Station 23's AWS page, accessed 24 September 2026, calls the firm an AWS Advanced Consulting Partner and lists cloud migration, DevOps and automation, a service-delivery programme for serverless and Windows workloads on EC2, security and compliance, AI and machine learning, managed services, and consulting and development. Its partners page lists Advanced Consulting Partner among its technology partnerships. The firm frames itself as software services and resource augmentation for startups, SMEs and enterprises.
TiCON Cloud frames itself around cloud delivery: AWS reseller billing, migration, managed cloud, and architecture on AWS, Azure and Google Cloud. These are different buying motions. If you need a product team that runs on AWS, Brain Station 23's public pages describe that motion. If you need Bangladesh-based AWS billing in taka, start with AWS services and paying AWS from Bangladesh. Do not assume a Consulting Partner also resells AWS. The pages we checked do not state a billing currency for Bangladeshi AWS clients.

Offices, industries, and claims we do not copy
As published on 24 September 2026, Brain Station 23 lists a Dhaka office in Mohakhali and further offices in Germany, Malaysia, the United States, the UAE and Japan. TiCON Cloud lists Dhaka, Suwon and Tysons Corner. An office list is not a delivery guarantee. Ask where the people with production access sit, and which legal entity invoices you.

Support and managed cloud: the same questions for both
Brain Station 23's AWS page describes managed services as monitoring cloud issues and threats. It does not publish a numeric 24×7 clock on the copy we checked. TiCON Cloud can cover in-scope infrastructure 24×7 when the contract says so, and the minutes sit in the annex. Ask both firms for severity response times, after-hours coverage, and whether AWS Support is included. Write the answers into the contract annex. There is no AWS Region in Bangladesh. TiCON works from Mumbai and Singapore Regions. Brain Station 23's AWS page does not name a Region pair on the copy we checked. Record placement in the architecture note, and do not rely on latency claims. The nearest-Region explainer is nearest AWS Region to Bangladesh.
Multi-cloud marks on a partners page are not, by themselves, a reseller invoice on Azure or Google Cloud. TiCON does not sell those reseller products. This page does not assign Brain Station 23's Gold, Solution or Silver marks to a named vendor. Check each vendor's own directory if a mark is a tender requirement.
How to verify both Advanced listings
Open the AWS Partner Solutions Finder. Search for Brainstation 23 Ltd and open 001E000001eO2vOIAS. Search for TICON System Limited and open 0010h00001cA3jpAAC. Read the tier, locations and designations. Match the legal entity to the invoice you will receive. Print or save the listings with the contract, because tiers are reviewed.
