Cloud for manufacturing: plant data, ERP and analytics
What the plant gets from TsCentric
How do machine and sensor data reach the cloud? Sensors and machine controllers report into TsCentric, which keeps a live state record for each machine and supports maintenance planning. Where a control loop must react fast, processing happens at the edge beside the machine, and only summaries travel to the cloud. Operators watch live machine metrics on dashboards, and engineers use a digital-twin view to diagnose faults and test changes.
Each device authenticates before it sends data, and access is encrypted and limited by role. Most engagements begin on a single line and widen to more machines or sites once the first results are checked. The Korean reference KEPCO KDN runs radiation monitoring on an IoT platform built on TsCentric. That is a platform reference, not a manufacturing plant case.
- Edge first for any loop that must react on the machine side without a round trip.
- Device identity and access are designed before the first sensor connects.
What the plant gets from BizPort
Can it connect to our ERP rather than replace it? In most plants, yes. BizPort handles requisitions and sign-offs, stock levels across sites, automatic reorder triggers and visibility along the supply chain. The ERP side spans finance, sales, HR and logistics. If an ERP is already in place, connecting to it is the usual path, and integration is a core service for us. Which functions to connect and which to change is settled during scoping. We do not resell SAP.
What the cloud side looks like
Where does plant data live? Behind the plant sits an AWS landing zone: named identities instead of shared accounts, a data platform with BI for plant and head-office staff, and round-the-clock operations for in-scope systems. Our working regions are Mumbai and Singapore. The three major clouds have no region inside Bangladesh, so placement is a design decision made during scoping.
Classify the data before you choose a place
Anything that closes a control loop remains on site or at the edge. Analytics, reporting and archives can run in the named cloud region. Where Azure or Google Cloud already serves identity or analytics, that spend remains under its existing agreement unless the scope changes it. Plant worker data is classed separately, and the rules that apply to it are for your counsel to confirm, as applicable in your jurisdiction.
How billing works
How is the work priced and paid for? AWS usage under a reseller engagement is quoted in USD. Design, migration and run work is priced against an agreed scope. Other currencies are available by contract. Taxes apply as applicable in your jurisdiction and the contract.
Certificates we hold, and what is readiness only
What evidence can you show? TICON System Limited holds ISO 9001:2015 (certificate 25/182622) and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 (certificate 25/18024), both issued by A Cube TIC Limited, expiring 7 and 6 October 2028. ISO 14001 is not among our certificates, so we do not cite it. We have no SOC 2 report, and PCI DSS is a readiness topic rather than a certificate we hold.
What this page does not claim
- No manufacturing client case study and no manufacturing figures are published.
- No savings, uptime or latency percentages appear here; service terms live in each contract.
- We do not run chip fabrication, tape-out or EDA tooling. Our semiconductor work is the software and firmware that surrounds the device.
