This site is operated by TICON System Limited ("TiCON Cloud", "we"). We provide AWS reseller billing, cloud migration, managed cloud and related services. Questions about this policy go to info@ticonsys.com.

Information we collect

Contact details you submit through our forms: name, work email, company, phone and your message, so that we can respond to your enquiry.

Email addresses you give us to subscribe to our newsletter.

Usage data through cookies and analytics, such as pages viewed and approximate location, only after you consent.

How we use your information

To respond to enquiries, prepare assessments and quotes, and deliver the services you ask for.

To send the newsletter you subscribed to. You can unsubscribe at any time.

To understand and improve site performance and, where you consent, to measure marketing.

Service providers

We use trusted processors to run this site: Payload CMS for content and form records, Resend for email, Cal.com for scheduling, and AWS for hosting. If you consent, analytics and advertising tools may run, such as Google Analytics, or Meta, LinkedIn or TikTok pixels.

Cloud bill uploads

If you use the cloud bill analysis form, you send a PDF or CSV of up to 5 MB, plus your contact details. The file is emailed to our analysis inbox as an attachment through Resend. It is not stored as a file object on this website. Email systems keep copies until we delete them, and we do not publish a fixed retention period for those copies. Remove any secrets from a bill before you send it. To ask us to delete copies, write to info@ticonsys.com.

Essential cookies keep the site working. Analytics and marketing cookies load only after you accept them in our consent banner. You can decline, and you can clear cookies in your browser at any time.

Data retention and your rights

We keep enquiry and subscriber records only as long as they are needed for the purposes above. You may ask us to access, correct or delete your information.
