- You need corporate AWS, Azure or Google Cloud training alongside consulting, which is the catalogue its site leads with.
- You have opened Finder listing 001E000000UfaSAIAZ, read the live tier, and procurement will accept that listing.
- Its reseller services are the commercial path you want, after it confirms currency and legal entity in writing.
- You do not need a Dhaka-issued invoice in BDT.
Choose TiCON Cloud if:

Why the tier claims disagree, and why the Finder decides
CloudThat's homepage, accessed 24 September 2026, lists an India headquarters block in Bangalore and a Bangladesh block in Banani, Dhaka. The same homepage says "AWS Premier Tier Services Partner". The Bangladesh consulting page describes itself as an AWS Advanced Consulting Partner and Microsoft Solutions Partner. The AWS partner page repeats Advanced Tier. The Finder listing has been indexed with Premier Tier Services and a Dhaka address. This comparison does not pick among those statements. You open the listing.
TiCON Cloud (TICON System Limited) states one tier on its own site: Advanced, not Premier. Its Finder listing, 0010h00001cA3jpAAC, is the record. If your tender requires Premier, do not rely on any homepage. Filter the AWS Partner Solutions Finder by location and tier on the day you issue the request. CloudThat is included here because it is visible in searches for AWS partners in Bangladesh and because its Finder entry shows a Dhaka address. Visibility is not a quality score. Being searched for more often does not make a firm the right commercial path for a buyer in Dhaka.
Training firm, consulting firm, reseller line: confirm which one you are buying
CloudThat's public site leads with training for individuals, students and corporates. It also publishes consulting, migration, managed services, DevOps, AI and ML and, on the Bangladesh page, AWS reseller services. These are different purchases. Ask both firms for severity response times, who answers outside office hours, and whether AWS Support is included. A named Technical Account Manager is a contract field, not a homepage metric.
