Both firms come up when buyers in Bangladesh search for an AWS partner. This page is a checklist, not a ranking and not a review. Genese Solution publishes a Bangladesh AWS page. TICON System Limited is a Dhaka-based AWS Advanced Tier Partner that resells AWS. The figures below are what each firm, or the AWS Partner Solutions Finder, published on the pages checked on 24 September 2026. Where a public cell is blank, the table says so. Who each option fits
Choose Genese Solution if:
- Your procurement rule requires Premier, and you have opened Finder listing 0010L00001sBpt3QAC and confirmed that the live listing says so.
- You want a firm that publishes a Bangladesh-specific AWS page under a Premier heading, and the legal entity on that listing matches your invoice entity.
- You are buying consulting, migration or managed cloud and do not need a reseller invoice from TiCON.
- Its published industry contexts (finance, eCommerce, healthcare, education and public agencies) match the workload you will describe in writing.
- You have asked in writing how it bills Bangladeshi clients, and the answer is the commercial path you want.
Choose TiCON Cloud if:
- You want AWS usage billed through a reseller invoice in BDT. The path is described in paying AWS from Bangladesh.
- Advanced Tier satisfies your procurement rule, and you have verified Finder listing 0010h00001cA3jpAAC rather than a badge on a website.
- You want the same Dhaka team on migration and day-two operations, with service clocks written into the managed-cloud annex.
- You also need Azure or Google Cloud architecture or operations, without a second reseller product.
- You prefer a firm that says plainly it is not Premier and tells you to re-check the Finder yourself.
Two partners, two public records
In our 16 September 2026 check, an AI search summary for Bangladesh AWS partners named Genese Solution among the firms it listed. It cited partner websites and the AWS Partner Solutions Finder. That is why this comparison exists: a buyer should see both firms side by side. The public record for Genese Solution is its Bangladesh page plus Finder listing 0010L00001sBpt3QAC. The public record for TiCON Cloud is this site plus Finder listing 0010h00001cA3jpAAC. A website badge is self-published. The directory shows what AWS lists.
TiCON Cloud holds Advanced Tier, not Premier. That sentence is the first fact a procurement team should record. If a tender requires Premier, this page will not talk you out of it. Filter the Finder by location and by tier, then print what AWS lists on the day you check. Match the legal name on that listing to the name on the invoice. The steps are in how to choose an AWS partner.
The Bangladesh AWS page leads with the heading "AWS Premier Tier Services Partner in Bangladesh" (read 24 September 2026), yet its case-study captions still describe an AWS Advanced Consulting Partner. Self-published wording drifts, which is why this table relies on the Finder rather than the brochure. This page does not decide which of those two phrases is current. You check the listing.
What the Bangladesh AWS page actually says
The firm's Bangladesh services page (read 24 September 2026) markets Premier Tier expertise aimed at Bangladesh. It lists cloud migration and modernization, security and compliance, DevOps and automation, generative AI and analytics, and managed cloud and optimization. It mentions 24/7 cybersecurity expertise, local and global teams, and AWS-funded innovation programs. It names financial institutions, eCommerce, healthcare, education and public agencies as contexts. These are the firm's own sentences, dated by our access. They are not a quality score.
Same-day homepage text presents Genese Solution as a UK-headquartered technology consultancy with work in the Americas, Europe, Asia and Africa. Beyond that homepage statement, no single headquarters claim is made here. The Finder lists a Dhaka office on 0010L00001sBpt3QAC. Ask which legal entity will invoice a Bangladeshi company, and whether that entity is the one on the listing.
This page does not copy staff counts, certification-badge totals or "top 1%" claims from either site. If you need a competency, a service-delivery designation or managed-services status, read it on the Finder, not in a brochure. TiCON does not publish a staff certification inventory on this site either.
Billing currency, and what a consulting partner cannot change
A consulting partner advises. AWS still bills the account holder in dollars through whatever payment method the account accepts. A reseller takes over the commercial relationship and invoices the customer. TiCON Cloud does both. It designs and operates workloads, and it resells AWS so that Bangladeshi companies can pay in BDT. Genese Solution's Bangladesh page does not state a billing currency for Bangladeshi clients on the copy checked. That gap is itself the fact. Ask the firm, and put the answer in the statement of work.
The commercial path from Dhaka matters more than whether a Region is nearby. There is no AWS Region in Bangladesh. TiCON's published Regions for this market are Mumbai (ap-south-1) and Singapore (ap-southeast-1). This page does not claim a Dhaka Region or a Dhaka CDN point of presence. For how Region choice works, read the nearest AWS Region to Bangladesh. For paying the bill, read paying AWS from Bangladesh. For opening an account you own rather than buying a login, read how to get an AWS account from Bangladesh.
The Migration Acceleration Program (MAP) is an AWS program. Genese Solution's Bangladesh page mentions AWS-funded innovation programs. This page invents no MAP dollar amount for either firm. If funding matters, ask each shortlisted firm which AWS programs it can introduce, then get the current rules from AWS, not from a comparison table.
Support, managed cloud, and clocks that belong in a contract
Brochures describe coverage; contracts set response times. The Bangladesh page refers to 24/7 cybersecurity expertise and dedicated support for local workloads. TiCON Cloud can cover in-scope infrastructure 24×7 when the contract says so, with the minute matrix in the annex. Neither firm's sentence is a service-level agreement you can enforce. Ask both for response times by severity, who is on call outside Dhaka office hours, and whether AWS Support is included or billed separately.
Managed cloud is listed on both sides. Genese Solution describes monitoring, cost optimization, patching and governance. TiCON describes its managed cloud offer on the managed cloud service page, and in what managed cloud includes. The useful question is the same for every partner: what is in scope, what is a project, and what happens at renewal. Numeric clocks belong in the contract, not on a comparison page.
Multi-cloud is also a brochure word. Genese Solution's homepage describes multi-platform cloud services. TiCON designs and operates Azure and Google Cloud workloads. It does not claim an Azure or Google partner tier beyond what those directories show, and it sells no reseller product on those clouds. Microsoft's partner directory and Google's partner finder are the records. For the platform comparison, read AWS, Azure and Google Cloud compared.
How to verify both listings in a few minutes
Open the AWS Partner Solutions Finder at partners.amazonaws.com. Search for Genese Solution and open 0010L00001sBpt3QAC. Search for TICON System Limited and open 0010h00001cA3jpAAC. Read the tier, the locations and any competency or service-delivery designation AWS shows today. Filter by location if you are building a shortlist rather than checking two names. Save the listings with the contract, because tiers are reviewed and companies change.
Then match the paperwork. The entity on the Finder should be the entity that bills you. Trading names and legal names differ. Ask each firm for the URL of its own listing. If it cannot send one, treat its website badge as unverified. The longer checklist covers currency, reseller versus consultant, account ownership, Region and after-launch cost management. It is in how to choose an AWS partner.
Any listing change makes this page outdated, so treat the 24 September 2026 date as a snapshot. The live directory is the authority.

What this page will not invent
No prices, review scores, win rates or brochure headcounts appear here. TiCON's named clients are on its case-study pages. No MAP dollar figure is shown. No ping time from Dhaka to Mumbai is shown. This page does not claim that Advanced is better value than Premier or the reverse. Premier is a higher AWS services tier. Advanced is TiCON's tier. They are different floors on validated AWS experience, not a quality ranking of two delivery teams.
For the wider map, read all comparisons. A local public cloud is a different product, covered in AWS via a partner vs Brilliant Cloud. Virtual dollar cards versus a reseller invoice are covered in virtual dollar card vs reseller billing.
Fairness here means: Genese Solution's heading is quoted as published, its caption wording is flagged as a conflicting statement, its Finder listing is linked, and TiCON's Advanced-not-Premier statement is in the first screen. If any of that is wrong, email info@ticonsys.com. Last reviewed 24 September 2026.
